The clearly organised group structure ensures clear communication channels. Each user only sees the groups in mantau in which they participate.

This means that any number of groups can be created on a single platform for all those involved in school operations who want to communicate and work together, e.g. teacher-parent groups, parent-only groups, school classes with class teachers, teacher committees, initiative groups - and many more.

The communication channel to pupils and parents as well as within the teaching staff can be customised as you wish.

It is up to you to decide to what extent you, as a teaching staff, open up the possibility of contact from parents or pupils - or whether you want to completely protect teaching staff from direct contact via mantau and only use the app within the school.

Your personal diary gives you an overview of all your events across all groups. Whether internal school events or public appointments, you can see all events in a single view.

You can synchronise the mantau appointment planner with your device's own calendar at any time.

Internal communication in the teaching staff

Organise your internal communication between teachers using the app. Groups can come together at will and organise themselves by assigning rights, e.g. according to subject areas, class levels, management areas.

Example: Preparing conferences
